New Gait Manor features five equestrian guest rooms, each with its own spacious bathroom. The elegant rooms are decorated with furnishings carefully selected from several antiquing trips around New England.
The bathrooms include ball-and-claw refinished bathtubs, perfect for soaking after a hard days ride. Each room has a separate entrance and comes with cable TV. Flower boxes sit outside the doors and guests can enjoy breakfast on the patio looking out on the stunning Lusitano horses.
Guest services at New Gait Manor include massage therapy for both horse and rider by Licensed Massage Therapist, Mariko Huette. Mariko earned her Intermediate Instructors Certificate from the British Horse Society in 1986, previous to practicing massage therapy, she taught as an instructor and trainer for competitive dressage in Japan. This has given her a keen eye to help the dual dynamics of the horse and rider.
Choose between a deep tissue table massage or have a Thai yoga massage, one of the most effective modalities of bodywork an athlete can receive. For your equine partner choose a regular massage or Equi-Thai(TM), a unique massage using hot herbal compresses.
